Since January 1, 2019, there is a new Packaging Act (VerpackG), which replaces the previous Packaging Ordinance. This law regulates how packaging must be handled that becomes waste after use by private end consumers.

Manufacturers and distributors who put such packaging into circulation must ensure that it is properly licensed . This means that you must acquire a license yourself from an approved provider in the "dual system" or delegate the licensing to your upstream distributor, for example us.

Our suppliers and manufacturers already work with an approved system operator to meet the legal requirements. If you commission us to license the packaging , the legal obligation to report the data to the central authority will also be taken over. The associated costs will be noted on your invoice.

Please note that we are unable to issue retroactive licenses. It is therefore important to obtain licensing in good time in order to comply with legal requirements.
